We arrived safely and on-time (a Weber rarity) Wed night. Thursday was a lovely day that was spent at the pool and then at one of Kauai's loveliest beaches, Hanalei Bay. Top that off with Shave Ice and Indian food for dinner and you have pretty much a perfect day! :) Today is on the rainy side, but the kids are still enjoying the hot tub and pool while Dave and I sit on the porch and read/work on the computer. Jeff's family arrives later on today, and we are going to spend a couple of days in Lihue. A farmer's market and some shopping are on the schedule for today...hopefully some papaya, rambutans, longan, and other scrumptious fruit to enjoy.
