Missions Monday

Well, I'm going to try and start something new...Mondays are always a challenge to post something because I have BSF that night and often prep to do during the day as well as regular schooling for the kiddos. So, I decided to focus on one mission organization per Monday that Dave and I feel are working towards advancing the gospel. Please note that we will not be in agreement with all that these organizations think or teach, but we believe they have the critical doctrines right.

We feel that a main area of support should be to the needs of our local church and to our local community. But, as Dave has found that there is such a large population of truly unreached people groups (over 2.6 billion: for which only a fraction of American giving goes to - one penny out of every $100 given), we have decided to focus a lot of our resources on those areas as well.

Over these past couple of years, Dave and I have been really challenged to step up our giving and use the resources God has provided to us to spread the gospel and help those Christians in need. Our desire is that as you hear of good opportunities to give, that God will encourage you to give more as well.
