I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas Day. We enjoyed a nice breakfast of crepes, then leisurely opening the rest of our gifts here. Around noon we went over to the Webers and had a wonderful rest of the day opening and playing with gifts, yummy meal, and pleasant conversation together. RC gifts were the ones that abounded and at any given time there may be a couple of helicopters and a car in motion - you had to watch out so you didn't get an unwanted haircut!
We also had many wonderful gifts...my favorite was some special newspaper pulp snowmen that Hannah made: a mommy one with skis and a little girl one with earmuffs. My favorite gift to give was a canvas for Dave that had pictures of he and the kids from throughout the years...we got it to go above his desk in the office.
An extra special gift was just the unhurried time to spend enjoying family that loves the Lord...
