Boy, was it a busy day today...Hannah and I went to a Candy Cane Brunch with Susan at her church this morning, and then off to a Neighborhood Cookie Exchange, and lastly an hors d'oeuvres dinner at Dave and Susan's house to watch the Apple Cup! What a lot of fun, festive events packed into one day.
First thing this morning, the kids and I put together a favorite Christmas cookie for the exchange...Fudgy BonBons. If you like chocolate a lot, you'll enjoy this recipe. Since I married a chocolate-lover, it goes over well around here. They aren't much to look at, but they are very rich. I just put powdered sugar over them to simplify the process rather than white chocolate drizzle. Enjoy!
